Im usually very happy with the automatic effect. The results can look a little surreal at times, but much better than most tone-mapping, artificial HDR effects. And always better than the non-corrected image. In fact, Ive found that tone mapping is very hard to apply manually without looking cartoonish or blowing out areas of the photo. The devs have found a way of applying a subtle tone map effect across a broad range of imaging conditions, automatically. Of course, the ability to adjust settings and compare with the automatic (and original) photos only makes this app better. Some other enhancements apps (Camera+ Clarity) do a good job too, but often have very limited options for adjusting the effect.

Auto works extremely well, but if I feel a photo needs some more tweaking, the manual settings are sophisticated enough to give me the exact exposure and contrast I need.

Im really happy with the enhanced versions of my pictures. Great app that gives great results without any fuss.

It works pretty good .

The iPhones camera doesnt doesnt have the dynamic range of the human eye, so you often end up end up with two types of pictures: 1- correctly exposed for light areas with shadow areas completely blacked out, or 2 - correctly exposed for shadows with light areas totally blown out. Theres no middle ground, and neither makes for a good image. I dont know how many times Ive given up after taking and deleting multiple photos of a subject that alternated between #1 and #2. This app solves the problem.

Takes any photo from your camera or photolibrary and magically analyzes it to produce a perfectly optimized copy for your review. You get a side-by-side comparison, with an option to save the new results back to your library if youre pleased. If you prefer you may also manually edit your photos with easy to use sliders for different color and shading effects. This is one app you will wonder how you ever lived without.

Wow! im taking PICTURES of old family photos ..-this App is amazing! Ive found that if you use the App to TAKE the picture(vs. Importing it) the results are SPECTACULAR!

Crash every time I start it, worst app ever. Wasted my time installing it

This was not thought out well. Not only does it save over the existing picture, the automated corrections never fail to make the image so much worse. Saturation goes crazy and the image is blurred. If you want to use each feature to adjust the image yourself, you cannot do it from the original image. The corrections and features are grayed out and unadjustable. Adjustments can only be made from the crappy auto-adjusted image that is produced. There is no way to undo a change made or go back to the original image to start again. And every now and then, an adjustment made will reapply random color or saturation changes youve chosen and painfully managed to make go away. The range of options that could be used to adjust images make this a promising app, but unfortunately it is not designed to actually utilize those options. Disappointing. And deleted.

Just what I needed!

First time Ive ever seen an app of this type! It is amazing how it corrects the photos automatically!

It really improves low light photos. Real good with greens, not so good with reds. Lets you see before and after changes, which allows you to undo changes if you dont them.

It doesnt work on iPhone 6 .please fix the problem

Overall a good app, but: 1 settings arent strong enough (dark picture becomes lighter, but not enough) if the app let you just to keep adding more light, it would be fine 2 there are performance issues, some options simply dont work

It works well with all of the pictures I take. I especially like the contrast and brighten settings, as they really make or break the image. I just want there to be more settings. But for a phone app? 5 stars

Im using it to consider where Im going with a painting. It lets me experiment with different ways of handling color. I use manual mode for this purpose. Auto mode for its intended purpose works well - not perfect, but a definite improvement over the image as seen by the camera.

It doesnt do anything really!!! I want to give it negative stars.

Im glad its back but its not working perfect on iOS 9 on my 6S. I dont like how you have a manual button but to access it you touch the three lines icon to the right of it.the biggest issue for me is the sliders do not move that easily either. They are kind of difficult to grab which makes it hard to use.
